When will I receive my order?

All orders placed by 10am EST ship same day. For domestic shipments (USA), please allow 1-5 business days after shipment for your package to arrive. These times can be further impacted during mass sales events such as "black Friday" or during holiday seasons.

How much does shipping cost?

USA domestic shipping is free using USPS (United States Postal Service) and takes 2-5 business days. If you want quicker expediated shipping with tracking or certified delivery, select one of the other extra cost shipping options at checkout.

Do you ship internationally outside the USA?

At this stage we only ship domestically within the USA.

Is my personal and credit card information safe?

This site uses Shopify Pay which is certified according to the Level 1 PCI DSS standard. It means that the stores are equipped with data encryption tools, protection of Shopify payment transfers, prevention of viruses at the servers, risk analysis tools as well as constant security monitoring. Thousands of online stores and customers safely transact using Shopify Pay every day. If you’re still hesitant, you can checkout using PayPal.

 

How do I track my order?

If you selected the free or USPS First Class shipping, you are not allocated a unique shipping number and if you have not received your order within 7 business days please contact us to track it down for you. If you want to be allocated a tracking number then you must select either the express or priority mail options. 

Why is my credit card payment not going through?

If you are seeing an error upon entering your credit card information please make sure of the following: 1) The credit card numbers you entered is correct, including the security code 2) The name, billing address and zip code you enter upon checkout matches the name on your credit card billing statement (most common problem) 3) You have sufficient funds in your account (if using a debit card). Once an error occurs, your order is not processed and you will have to checkout again. If you are still having problems, you can pay via PayPal.

How do I cancel my order?

Unfortunately once your order is processed it cannot be cancelled as it’s already on its way to being shipped. Nevertheless, if you contact us within 12 hours after you place your order, there is a slight chance we can cancel it in time! If your order is processed and on its way to you and you’d like to return it, you can write RETURN TO SENDER on the package (without opening it) and have it sent back to us for a refund minus the shipping and handling fee. Please contact us if you’re in this situation.

How do I know if my order went through?

Once your order goes through, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. If you created an account, you can log into your account and see the status of your order. If you haven’t received an email confirmation you may have entered your email address incorrectly and thus are not receiving our emails. If you haven’t received an email confirmation AND do not see your order in your account, your order most likely did not go through due to a credit card processing issue — your name, billing address and zip code that you enter upon checkout must match your credit card statement’s information. Please contact us and we will look into your order for you.

Can I return and refund my order?

The answer is yes, within 30 days. Please see the separate returns and refund policy for details.
